Cancelations must be made 24-48 hours prior to your service appointment time. Full sets require 48 hours due to the extensive duration of the appointment. If you do not cancel within the cancelation period, you will be charged 55% of your appointment total. If there has been no notice, you will be responsible for 100% of the appointment total.
